Bright open living spaces w/ high ceilings. 2 rooms to sleep but there are no doors so ideal for families. The bathroom is redone for more privacy & has a homemade barn-door. Our property is over a acre w/ our own mini orchard that includes apple, pear & cherry trees. Our home is next to our home which can also be rented on Airbnb. Bring your paddle-board or kayak to a short walk with lake access.

Come relax in the Vermont islands! The cozy cottage has all you need to get away and unwind. Lounge on the hammock or in front of a campfire roasting s’mores while the sun sets. Lifelong memories await you! Sunrises are impeccable. Incredible views of the Vermont mountains. The cottage has a rocky beach and great water quality. There is a private dock to fish or relax on! Burlington is 30 minutes away. General stores with all your needs and some incredible restaurant options within minutes.

Vancie's Cottage is a great example of the way life used to be. Simple, uncomplicated, everything right there in front of you at face value. This cottage has been updated for your comfort, with a nice kitchen, comfortable dining room, bathroom with all new fixtures, including washer and dryer. An airy and original porch to sip a cold drink on, trying to come up with words to describe the amazing Adirondack sunsets. Clean, clear water on the main part of Lake Champlain, new aluminum dock too!

Includes 5 x 7 lockable cedar storage shed with beach chairs, cooler and room for bikes and extra gear. Offering lake views only, this property is not lakefront. Free public town beach is approximately 2 miles down the road, see last 2 photos in photo tour.

Chazy on the Lake

Beautiful lake home on a private road with A/C and strong WIFI so you can work from home if needed. Quiet place where you can relax and watch this million dollar view all day. Chazy Boat ramp is only 500 feet from the house so do not hesitate to bring your boat. You can enjoy the beautiful sunset outside or from the veranda or decide to stay cozy by the fireplace inside. Firewood is provided at the location, but you have to bring your own fire starter (NO liquid). NO DOCK on the premises.

Sit back, relax, and enjoy beautiful sunsets over Lake Champlain with views of the Adirondacks. It's a quick 30 minute drive to downtown Burlington. The islands have a great variety of restaurants and breweries all within a 5-10 minute drive. For avid bicyclists, the cottage is about 9 miles from the Island Line Trail parking area, which is where the ferry to the Lake Champlain Causeway is, and then it’s another 10 miles on the bike path to Burlington's waterfront park.
