3 bedroom, 2 bath manufactured home with all the needed amenities. Conveniently located on Hwy 80 between Longview and Hallsville, minutes from Loop 281 or I-20. The kitchen has basic cooking and eating utensils, dish and dishwasher soap. Washer and dryer with laundry soap available for your convenience. 1 towel per guest is provided. This is a 552sqft apartment within our home. It has a completely private driveway and entrance and secure locking interior door between units. One of the features we think you'll most enjoy is the spacious shower with all the hot water you could want! The kitchenette is ready for a bit of cooking if you like. In addition to the King bed, the sofa folds into a bed suitable for an older child or young adult, and a twin mattress on the floor is available upon request.
