The Pineville Cottage has been in my family for over 50 years and is located in the small community known as Pineville just North of the City limits of Pass Christian. We are a little more than 2 miles to the beach. The cottage sits on over 2 acres of mostly woods. Pineville Cottage was moved to it's location in the 1970's by my father. It was a rental for many years till recently. We think it was built in the early 1900's. The open concept is like a studio. Washer/Dryer is a plus. Coffee too.

This common space has a full size comfortable futon and room for an air mattress .The entrance is private. Property is quiet with onsite parking. It is located only a block to beach and a short walk to Islandview Casino. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe. An active train track is near the property. Another cottage is available on the property if planning a trip with others.
