Welcome to 3-storey villa in the gated community of Abay Derbent Villalari with a large swimpool (not private), garden, terrace, grill on the roof. The villa is a 2-min walk to the Turgutreis Marina with yacht club, tennis courts, restaurants, shops. In 5 min of walking you can reach the beach. There is a market nearby as well. In the villa you will find everything for a comfortable stay. You will not have problems with water, since the house is equipped own water tanks with 2 tons. We wait you!

Comfortable, sunny and stylish place to enjoy your stay! The house is on the 1st floor and provides all the amenities that you might need. The view of the mountain on the right side, the sea on the left side and the public park/parking in front, make up an ideal landscape. Situated in Kos coastline (Marmari area), just 3 minutes walk from the sandy beach, 1 minute from bus stop and 20 minutes drive from the city center of Kos island. You also have your own balcony overlooking the garden. Enjoy!

One of bedroom is placed on ground floor, rest of bedrooms are placed on first floor.
