„Die kleine 10“ - The studio

The historic building (1840) is in the center of Flensburg. Three small, completely separate apartments for 2 persons, invite you to feel good. The renovations of the interiors carried out boat builders at Museumswerft Flensburg in 2006. Doing a lot out of little space - you have an idea. Until then, noisy corners became clever shelves and storage rooms. That's what makes the charm of the “little 10.” The stairs to the top two apartments is rather steep.

Here is the entrance hall, bath with shower and washing machine, kitchen with fridge/freezer, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave and various service. Living room with TV/radio,( free internet) and balcony access. Bedroom with double bed and room with 2 single beds. Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided. The beds are made when you arrive. The apartment is on the ground floor of its own house.

You can stay in the old and quiet fishing settlement and still be in the city center quickly. Unfortunately, you can't park on site, but there is plenty of parking and houses nearby, and the bus station is a 5-minute walk away.

Beautiful apartment in cultural monument with south-facing terrace

The beautiful attic apartment in an old Art Nouveau house impresses with its friendly, loft-like atmosphere. The large windows to the terrace (south) allow plenty of sun into the apartment. The apartment has been newly renovated by us and is of high quality.
