In nur zwei Gehminuten seid ihr am schönen Elbstrand oder dem Marktplatz mit kleinen Cafés und Stöbergeschäften. We (Linda, Flori, child, child and dog) live in the beautiful small town of Pritzerbe. Pritzerbe is located about 75 km from Berlin and can be reached optimally by train. In 2013 we had the opportunity to buy a property right on the water. In addition to our now fully renovated single-family house, our cottage located directly on the waterfront is also located on the property, which we have now also partially renovated. Unfortunately, our farm is not suitable for excessive parties. Our house was built about 1850. Residential house & barn of the listed 3-sided courtyard are built in oak framework. Around the house are 10 wedding lynches. In November, when the lime trees are cut back, the house can be seen in all its glory. From May onwards, it slowly disappears behind shady leaves, and so stays wonderfully cool throughout the summer...

The wooden house is in a very quiet location, the neighbors are very quiet and barely noticeable. The surrounding meadows and forests make it a place to relax. Lüneburg is about a half-hour away. The Elbe can be reached in 10 minutes by car. The nearest shops are 10-15 min away. The house invites you to relax. The cozy bed is suitable for 2 people. There is also a sofa bed in the fireplace room which can be used.
