It's on a play street, and a charging option for electric cars is right outside the door. In our residential area there is always one parking space. High chair and travel cot.

The cottage with two separate apartments of different sizes stands on a 1000 m2 large and separate recreational property in a central location opposite the "Luna Park". The Peenestrom is only about 50 m away (swimming area about 1.6 km).
