We have fulfilled a dream and since May 1, 2020 we are allowed to call this amiable holiday apartment in the holiday park Heiligenhafen our own. The large windows flood the apartment with lots of light and allow you a breathtaking view from the 11th floor over the salt marshes towards the steep coast of the Baltic Sea. Since the apartment is oriented to the west, unforgettable sunsets (vll with a glass of wine?) from the balcony are offered in the evening. We wish you a relaxing time!

The 5* **** apartment "11° East" was newly built in 2016 and is located in an absolutely prime location between the old town of Heiligenhafen, the lake, the 5-star marina and the fine Baltic Sea beach. You have a fantastic view of the Binnensee or a partial view of the Baltic Sea and the nature reserve Graswarder. A spacious living/dining area with an open kitchen, a sofa bed, a comfortable daylight bathroom, as well as a bedroom with a box spring bed and 2 balconies await you.

Arrive - come down - slow down - closer you can't be closer to the water! If you want to leave the stress of everyday life behind, the houseboat harbor prince is the place to be. The modern houseboat has a large living-dining room with panoramic windows, all around glass for great views of the water. Up to 4 people can enjoy the harbor prince... Very close: Hanseatic city of Lübeck with beautiful old town, Baltic Sea beaches, Travemünde, Timmendorfer Strand and Scharbeutz.

Dear Baltic Sea lovers, A beautiful, bright one-room apartment awaits you in a great location. Just a few meters to the newly designed marina with restaurants, cafes and to our beautiful beach. In all seasons, enjoy the maritime climate, the sun, the seagull scream and the wind. Stroll along the harbor and watch the boats or the setting sun on warm summer evenings. Put your feet in the sand and enjoy the sun on your skin. They have almost reached their destination.

Sweet little Apartment by the Baltic Sea

Take a deep breath directly at the Baltic Sea: We rent out our lovely little vacation home with access to the beach promenade in Kiel-Schilksee. The apartment with a garden view has two rooms, a small kitchen, and a bathroom. Enjoy endless walks on the beach, use the ferry to Laboe or Kiel, stroll through the sailing port, or eat a fish sandwich. Please note, that it`s a non smokers property, but you can easily smoke at the beach promenade.

Start your morning with a fresh Nespresso and experience the Unesco World Heritage Site by bike, on foot or with great city tours. Our maritime apartment is located in the Baltic Sea holiday park Heiligenhafen on the 4th floor with balcony to the east side and a view towards the lake, south beach and marina. The modern living room is equipped with a comfortable couch corner with a flat-screen TV and a dining area by the window. From the dining area you have a great view towards the lake.
