35평이 넘는 크기로 방두개 다락하나 다락은 많이 큰편이고 집이 넓고 독특하게 생겨 오셔서 힐링하시기에 정말좋아요. 미술관에 오신거 같다라고 하시는 분들이 많아요. 가까이 과수원도 있고 산이 있어 쉬면서 산책하고 과수원에 사과따는 철에는 사과따기체험을 하셔도 좋습니다. 차를 타고 가시면 40분정도거리에 청송 주왕산이 있기도 하고 계곡이 가고 싶으시면 계곡을 알려드려요. 일단 집이 힐링입니다.
