This huge, family-friendly, two bedroom apartment boasts sea views and is only 100m away from the beach. This apartment is SUPER child friendly; Duplo, toys, books, jigsaws, DVDs and a Smart TV will all be available for their use. Highchair and travel can be booked prior to arrival. Bedroom 1: one double bed and space for one baby travel cot. Bedroom 2: twin single beds (A travel cot can be put up in either room if you are travelling with a baby. ) Kitchen with breakfast bar, gas hob, electic oven, dishwasher, microwave, huge fridge/freezer, Delonghi Coffee machine, kettle, toaster and all cooking equipment. Lounge/Diner with TV and DVD player. Family Bathroom: Dual power shower, bath with shower head. Heated towel rail. WC (with additional toddler-seat if needed) and wash-hand basin. Free High-Speed Wifi, DVDs, Netflix and Smart TV available. Location: You'll never need to get in your car!!! We are situated above SSL shop ( our children's clothing store (Simply So Lovely) which is mainly operated online- opening hours are 8:45am-11:45am 5 days per week), next door to the Southend Car Park, Hunstanton; Stay SSL is opposite Oasis fitness centre (soft play, rollerskate park, gym, swimming pool with slides, squash courts and fitness classes.) The first bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. Premium Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. Anderby Creek was voted one of the UK's best undiscovered beaches by AOL, The Times & The Telegraph. The house has simply beautiful views of the beach, sea and sand dunes with extensive decking surrounded by glass balustrade where you can sit outside and enjoy the sea air. It's a family home, fully centrally heated and comfortable. Expect mismatched crockery & imperfection! It's a steep drive up to the house & steps to the beach (although you can go around the drive way) so not suitable for all

Mole's Cottage, Minting Horncastle is situated on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds, an area of outstanding natural beauty. It is a luxurious self catering cottage set within the grounds of a private house. The cottage itself is all on one level, has its own large tarmac parking area, fully enclosed private patio furnished with BBQ, Table, Chairs etc. Step outside and use the enclosed hot tub or maybe stroll 100 steps to the indoor heated pool. Our lovely coastal flat is only 100m from the beach. There is so much to do and explore in the local area or you can relax and enjoy the serenity of the local area. The flat has a fully functioning kitchen with a gas hob/oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. There are two pubs within walking distance that serve traditional pub food. There is a fish and chip shop on your doorstep along with an ice cream parlour. Hunstanton town is a 30 minute (approx.) walk along the hardstanding promenade.
