This is a Heike house that overlooks Lake Toya in front of you, and there is a place about 10 minutes to the lake side on foot, so children and elderly people can spend peace of mind. It is a quiet villa area, with convenience stores, town hot springs, and shops in the center of the village within a 5-minute drive. The house is great for families/friends (MAX 6 people: adults+children- no additional infants-NO EXCEPTION) with a CAR looking for a quiet space (2 cars max). Car is a must since no restaurants, shops, lifts are at walking distance. From Oct 2024 a resort fee (between 200 - 500 JPY/pers/night) will be requested and payable at checking.

Secluded Mountain Cabin with Onsen water, less than 10 minutes from Niseko ski resort(s). This is a cabin in the forest type place, and I love it. Be away from resort madness, and chill in the forest after you ski. It is less than 10 minutes from Niseko Moiwa and Annupri. There is a bedroom with two single beds, room to roll out 2 futons in the lounge room and a loft that will take one or a happy couple. I work at a local mountain guiding company and am available if you have problems.

A well appointed chalet (1 bedroom + loft) on the outskirts of Hirafu village. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and the loft space consists of three single futons. A fully equipped kitchen, WIFI are standard, as well as a washer. The property offers excellent value and is a great base for any holiday. There is a TV with an HDMI cable for screening Netflix's etc (no local or cable TV). Please note, the fireplace is not available for guests' use.
