This spacious house (55m2) is most suitable for hikers, cyclists and families with kids. Right next to the house is the National Park the Eifel and a few minutes drive away is the Rursee. This is one of the largest reservoirs in Germany and offers many water sports opportunities. From the balcony you have the most beautiful view of the village, over the beautiful mountain landscape of the Eifel. There is also an outdoor playground in the side garden that you share with the Host's family.

We offer 8 apartments of various sizes in the very city center of Cologne. All units are turn-key for tourists or business travelers who are looking for alternatives to the standardized, often impersonal hotel atmosphere. Short-term rental is also available for weekend and family guests, or trade fair exhibitors and visitors. For groups of up to 22 people, we make the whole statthaus available exclusively.

The apartment is on the second floor of an old limestone building, around 350 years old. You sleep right under the roof in a cosy little bedroom or on a convertible sofa. The Dutch and German border are both about 8 km away.
