The 1857 built house stands right by Oder Neisse bicycle path and 5 minutes drive from highway 11. The flat has direct access to the lake and separate entry at the back and own garden. The house is located in a small village of 170 inhabitants . Free use of 2 kayaks (single and double) and bicycles. Breakfast can be served at €8 per person. We serve lunch and evening meals @9. In the house, there is another apartment, as well as our own apartment. Theodor Fontane was already dedicated to Friedersdorf in the band "Das Oderland" in his "hikes through the Mark Brandenburg". Friedersdorf is ideal for hikes and bike rides to explore Märkische Schweiz and the Oderbruch.

120 km from Berlin in the Wartamündung National Park and the bird republic you will find this house. It says on a big yard where we also live. This unique space has its own style. The house is an open gallery house. There are no enclosed rooms except for the bathroom. The house is heated by a fireplace in the cold season. The glazed terrace catches the rays of sunshine from spring to autumn and is gladly used.

You will love my place, it is newly furnished, with balcony and a beautiful view over Friedersdorf. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families (with kids). It has its own access via a staircase by the house gable.
