Iona is located close to DE Turf and the Delaware beaches. The Inn looks out over Cedar Creek, a pristine estuary leading to Delaware Bay. This vista provides many stunning sunrises and sunsets. Since Iona is a working farm, the front of the house looks out over the barn, pastures, and fields. The front porch and second-floor balcony provide perfect viewing to enjoy the early morning scenery with your first cup of coffee and breakfast provided to all guests. Iona is a non-smoking property.

Beautiful home with 1 BR full bath suite available on second floor, in small residential neighborhood. Only three streets in this neighborhood! Yuletide is a small retired farm located 1/4 mile from Hwy 1, convenient to downtown, beaches, Dover AFB, and casinos. 3 bedrooms, share a bath with jetted tub & shower, powder room downstairs. We have a Mini Poo. We are not suitable for animals or chilldren under 19.

Find a good selection of hot beverages anytime. This is a small retired farm located 1/4 mile from Hwy 1, convenient to downtown, beaches, Sports Complex, Dover AFB, and casinos. Three bedrooms share a bath with jetted tub and and a powder room downstairs. We have a Poodle and a cat. We are not suitable for animals or children.

A well-equipped kitchen features modern cabinetry and stainless-steel appliances. The island is set with seating for four, complemented by overhead pendant lights. Subtle lighting enhances the countertop and backsplashes, while a door provides access to the outside.

The bathroom is sometimes shared with another guest depending on the season. NASCAR fans, it's about 7 mins to Dover Int'l Speedway & Bally's Casino. close to Universities & Schools 17 minutes to/from the Dover Air force Base. 10 mins to nearest hospitals & walk-in clinics. 30 minutes to beaches 10 minutes to shopping & Restaurant

Hello traveler, I am happy to offer this clean, neat and uncluttered room. The bed is a queen size. My reviews by quests who stayed in this room have been very complimentary. NASCAR fans will find my location very convenient. If you want to travel to the beach it will be an hour drive on a easy highway. To Washington D.C and to Philadelphia, only 1.5 hour drive on excellent roads. Dover has historic sites to visit. Shared full bath plus a powder room

NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 10. Hello, I am Kenny and my wife is Nicole. This is our beautiful home in our small town. Formerly the town park. Peaceful surroundings include a pond, gazebo, rocking chairs on the back porch and beautifully wooded area to explore. We have chickens on the property and you are welcome to enjoy the fresh eggs, when available, while here with us.
