The holiday apartment is located in the seaside resort of Kölpinsee about 1 km from the beach. It is new and will be rented from June 1, 2024. In the immediate vicinity are some restaurants and shops as well as the train station. On approx. 70 m², a tastefully furnished two-room apartment with balcony awaits its guests. There is a free car parking space in front of the house. The location also offers an ideal starting point for hiking and biking tours to the island hinterland and the Achterwasser.

Amazing recreational paradise near Usedom

In 2016, the farm was completely refurbished and modernized. A mix of modernity and country house charm makes this a great vacation experience. Around it is a nature reserve of European rank: the Peenetal - with a fascinating flora and fauna. Fireplace evenings, bike rides, or boat tours on nearby Peene provide plenty of variety. And best of all: It is about a 30-minute drive to the island of Usedom. Summer, sun and beach :)
