Lighthouse from 1895 with a dwelling and apartment in the tower itself. The building is established on a shear at the end of Rekefjord. Original fixtures from the time when the lighthouses with family lived in the lighthouse. The lighthouse has a kitchen, bathroom and toilet, living room, stalls, atrium with panoramic views, 3 bedrooms and small kitchen that has been converted into extra bedrooms. There is also a boat garage adjacent to the lighthouse, this one is furnished for outdoor coziness and simple dining.

If you want to experience Rogaland, Foss Eikeland in Sandnes is a good starting point for day trips to, among other things. The pulpit, Kjeragbolten, Jærstrender and the Royal Park, or a walk in nice hiking areas just outside the door. The apartment is new in 2020 and includes living room, kitchen, bedroom with wardrobe and bath. There is both sleeping area and dining table space for four. The apartment has washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator and stove as well as TV and wireless broadband.

Benedikte house on architect-designed Svindland farm

The Benedikte house is about 10 min drive from Egersund city center and about 5 min from E39. We have attempted to recreate the hospitality of Benedikte - the last one to stay in the old house - in this modern and completely newly built farmhouse on the outskirts of the courtyard of the Svindland farm. Here guests will find peace and idyll. On the farm there are horses, we have two dogs and a cozy peacock that runs freely. The house is very modern and well-equipped.

Great family apartment on the ground floor with stunning views to Lysefjorden. Closer to the fjord you won't be coming The apartment has a double terrace door onto the mountain. You will have a feeling of being “at sea”, once you enter the apartment. Large bedroom with double bed, with possibility to close down two extra beds if you are many people going to share the apartment. The second bedroom has family bunk with room for two downstairs and one person upstairs.

Hytten kan by på et soverom med til sammen 2 sengeplasser, bad med dusj, romslig kjøkken og koselig stue med sovesofa. Sengene står oppredde, gryter, kopper og kar er på plass, yatzee, kortstokk. Bose DVD hjemmekino anlegg. Stuen er koselig med en meget koselig hyttestemning, Kjøkkenet er romslig med rikelig med skap og benkeplass. Welcome to Stolpabua! Here you live in rural surroundings just by the sea and the beautiful Jærkysten. We have been using the winter of 2021 to renovate the old cabin that has been here on the farm since 1936. Now we hope our guests will enjoy it here at Brekkekanten as much as we do. Cabin without shower for rent. It is located in a quiet village near farmland. Short distance to grocery store and lake with beach. Hiking possibilities nearby. Privat parking. NO SHOWER in bathroom. However, there is a hand shower to the sink where you can wash your hair. 30 minutes drive to Stavanger, 1.5 hours drive to Pulpit Rock (Preikestolen). 15 minutes to Kongeparken. The train station is only 5 minutes away. Welcome to us!

Giljastøl's best viewpoint. Many varied mountain hikes. Fishing and swimming opportunities. Ski in ski out in winter with Gilja Alpin 250m from cabin. After the day's activities, it's good to sink into a hot tub with good massage and enjoy the sunset or starry sky. There is also a sauna in the cabin. Good sun conditions around cabin from morning to evening in the summer. Relax with friends and family in this amazing vacation home.

Seaside boathouse at Sokn, Stavanger

Naustet is brand new and part of the lake house environment towards Soknasundet. There is a dock with fishing opportunity. Buildings and furniture are made by the renowned architect Espen Surnevik. If you come by boat there is plenty of room for the boat at the pier. Naustet is part of Sokn Gard (see fb) which has many animals you can visit, and the garden has a 5 km hiking trail.
