Enjoy your stay in this sunny and calm apartment in the heart of Friedrichshain! The apartment has two rooms, a big kitchen and a small bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need, including a big table, that seats 4 people. The living room has a height-adjustable desk for all your "home" office duties. I usually live here with my dog Millie, so even if I clean it as best as possible, the apartment is not suitable for allergy sufferers. The prize already includes 7,5% of city tax per night.

The independent 2-room non-smoking apartment(55m2) on the upper floor of our detached house with kitchen and bathroom is fully furnished. It offers space for up to 3 persons, a box spring bed (1.80 x2m), sofa bed in the living room. Towels + bed linen are incl. For shopping, REWE, Netto, LIDL are in the immediate vicinity. The S-Bahn train station is a 3-minute walk. With the S-Bahn-Birkenstein, you can reach Berlin-Mitte in 30 minutes. The car can be parked free of charge on the property.

Our vacation rental is accessible and is located directly at the Adlershof landscape park. A supermarket and a bakery are about 200 m away. The BAB highway can be reached in a few minutes and the airport BER is about 15 minutes away by car. Nevertheless, the apartment is quiet. It's on a play street, and a charging option for electric cars is right outside the door. In our residential area there is always one parking space. High chair and travel cot.

It is located in a quiet, idyllic location on the field/ forest with direct hiking and biking trails through the Spreewald. Perfect for family or friends getaway. It's just a 7-minute walk to the canal, where you can swim, fish or canoe towards Spreewald. The children can let off steam on the 1250 sqm property.

Since July 2018, we have 5 cozy apartments for 2 adults and children each. We welcome guests from all over the world! Stunning views over the Beetzsee, access to the in-house beach and a boat mooring, a 5 minute walk from the holiday property. On the 4000 sqm fenced holiday grounds you will find a playground to romp and a sauna to relax. Rowing boat on request. Tents on the holiday grounds are also possible by arrangement.

Welcome to the attic, light and generously sized, accessible via a (narrow) spiral staircase (inconvenient for people with walking disabilities). With open well equiped kitchen, dining area and friendly workspace. Bedroom with 2 single beds, Bathroom with tub and toilet as well as large living area with (sleeping)couch, TV and DAB radio A shower room is available on the 1st floor.

The studio with kitchen-living room, bedroom and bathroom with shower in a former sheep stable allows a generous view to the outside and has two private outdoor areas. So you can watch our animals and nature directly from the inside and outside.
