With breathtaking views of the lake and the beautiful Mackenzie basin countryside, it is the perfect place a special getaway. Only 35 minutes drive to Aoraki Mt Cook, 30 minutes from lake Tekapo and 13 minutes to twizel Pukaki lakeside getaway cottage is completely self contained, with wi-fi and all linen is provided. A truly stunning setting with abundant fresh air and wide open space.

Timms Cottage allows you to relax with an indoor outdoor space giving you breath taking views of Mt Dobson, Fox Peak and our farm. The cottage is situated behind the family homestead within our garden on our farm, providing a peaceful and private setting. Just to keep in mind we are an active and working farm. We are 10 km from Fairlie which has some great eating places, 3 km from Lake Opuha and half an hour from Mount Dobson and Fox Peak. Tekapo and Geraldine are only half an hour away.

Located in a mature wooded area on Pioneer Drive, 250 metres from the lake and the Church of the Good Shepherd with a western aspect towards Mt John and Lake Tekapo village. it does not have a lake view.
