Beautiful Home in a quiet neighborhood close to MSU, LCC, Sparrow Hospital, Downtown Lansing, Shopping at Eastwood Mall, and a quick walk to parks, restaurants and coffee shops. This 1906 home has been nicely renovated by my husband and I. We remodeled the upstairs into a luxurious master bedroom suite with cathedral ceilings, jetted bathtub, and stone tiled shower with a large walk in closet with a washer and dryer inside. Fenced in backyard with easy access from kitchen backdoor for your pup.

A private deck features a round table surrounded by four chairs, set against a backdrop of lush green trees. The space offers a peaceful setting for outdoor relaxation, with a view into the tree-lined neighborhood below.

ONLY REGISTERED OVERNIGHT GUESTS ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY UNLESS YOU PREAPPROVE AND PAY FOR EXTRAS, up to 10 for 3-4 hours allowed for $100. MAXIMUM FOR OVERNIGHT IS 10. SORRY NO PETS, NO WEDDINGS, NO groups of 20-30 yr olds.
