This 3 bedroom/4 bed/2 bathroom home, built in 2021, features views of the River Derwent from the deck. Inside there is reverse cycle airconditioning (heating) in the open plan living/dining and automated heating in bedrooms to keep the Tassie chill away while you sleep. The kitchen has all you need to prepare meals, while the laundry has a washer & dryer for longer stays. We provide 50mbps fibre NBN and a giant 75" TV for movie nights. Woolies and many other stores are under 5mins away by car.

We are inclusive hosts & welcome guests from all walks of life. Stay in our central, stylish and comfy 2 b'rm apt 5km from cbd, in a leafy area close to Calvary Hospital. Free welcome pack of food. Wi-Fi, Smart tv, Neflix Air-con etc. Sleeps up to 5 people. Preferably only 4 adults. B’rm 1 opens onto the pool deck and gives beautiful resort like view. Fantastic location to explore Hobart 1.5 km to North Hobart shops, bars, cafes and the iconic State cinema. 3 km to the CBD 4 km to waterfront and Salamanca 500 metres to Augusta Rd shops, cafes and Salamanca Foodstore stocking local Tasmanian food & wine. 200 metres to Calvary hospital- ask for a 5% discount if your visit is due to having loved ones in hospital 200 metres to bus stop 11 km to MONA **The 3rd bedroom with bunks is off of the bathroom**. Beautiful annex in a peaceful garden, near to the chic restaurants and cafés of trendy North Hobart. The tastefully decorated double bedroom has lots of natural light, a double bed, a private en suite and breakfast facilities. Outside is a gorgeous terrace and garden, with comfy outdoor furniture, awnings to protect from the rain and sun, a gas grill, and a shared utility room.
