Petit bungalow tout confort avec mezzanine récemment construit au fond de notre jardin avec cuisine équipée, coin salon avec canapé lit , salle de bain, coin nuit en mezzanine et terrasse avec petit barbecue donnant sur un jardin arboré ( bananiers, manguier, palmiers...) . Petite vue mer du bungalow et belle vue mer pour les couchers de soleil sur la terrasse derrière le bungalow. La grande piscine de notre propriété et ses transats sont en accès libre de 8h à 20h. Parking gratuit dans la rue.

36m² rural T2, furnished and fully equipped, equipped with a wide bay window with terrace and stunning views of the sea (and whales during the mating period from mid-July to mid-September) + individualized garden area, 8 min drive to the 4 lanes, 15 min to the Port and 30 min to the St Gilles beaches. Spacious ground floor of a house. You will enjoy one bedroom, one bathroom, a work/relaxation area. There is a kitchen area and everything you need to concoct the dishes of your choice. The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area. The courtyard is fenced and there is space to park your car there! No air conditioning, but fans are at your disposal in the accommodation. Close to shops and the national road.
