One bedroom, living room with kitchen and a bath is available. Parking space for CARS in the carport (for a fee), separate sitting area with BBQ. To the beach about 5 minutes walk. The apartment was newly furnished and renovated in early 2015. In the fall of 2017 and in the fall of 2018 and 2020, there was a partial modernization.

The apartment is located in a half-timbered house which is about 1 min from the city port of Waren. As it is a duplex apartment, our guests have to accept the climbing stairs . However, if the last step is done, you will be rewarded by a fantastic terrace with unobstructed city harbor views. This one is even nicer than the photos ! Right in the center, but relatively quiet.
