Lovely Apartment with Terrace in the Very Heart of Graça

We're proud to present you with yet another fantastic NEST located in the very heart of Graça neighbourhood - our favourite one in Lisbon! Fully refurbished and re-decorated in July 2018, you will immediately notice two spacious and comfortable double bedrooms (one of them with a nice balcony to Largo da Graça - the main square of the neighbourhood) and a stylish living room. The comfortable double bedrooms are just perfect to relax after a long and tiring day outside getting to know the lovely city of Lisbon. A fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, microwave, espresso machine, water kettle, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, you name it…) is at your disposal, as well as a bathtub bathroom with guaranteed trouble-free water pressure. Apart from all of this the flat is also equipped with super fast WIFI connection and Smart TV (100+ channels), so just grab a seat at the sofa or big chair and watch a movie / tv series logging in the TV to your streaming account. Oh, did we mention the outside private terrace just for you? Well, to put it simple, we're sure you're going to love this place, as it's just perfect to have your morning breakfast, or maybe a relaxing drink after a tiring day outside, or whatever you might feel like doing there... And what about the charming location of our NEST? Indeed it is, as you will find our NEST located right within Graça neighbourhood, one of Lisbon's 7 hills (and definitely our favourite one). This hill showcases the most amazing landscape views over the city, so please do go for a coffee at the coffee shop next to Graça's church (it's a 2min walk from home) and get blown away by the views (you can also have fantastic views from "Miradouro da Sra do Monte" which is 5 minutes walking from the nest). At the door of the flat you'll have the historical 28 electrical tram line (you must jump in and take a right all the way down to downtown Baixa - or upwards if you're coming back home), but if you just prefer to take a walk (which we fully recommend) you'll find awesome places nearby, like the Alfama neighborhood and the Panteão Nacional (5 min), St. Jorge Castle (10 min away), Baixa downtown is only 15 min walking, and so many other city attractions... Does all of this sound interesting??? Come and check it out!!! Our NEST is located in a late 19th century building covered in white & blue tile so typical of our Lisbon. Being an historical building, there's no lift / elevator, which means you will need to take the stairs - but it's a 1st floor which means a very easy climb. In any case, think on the positive side: this is just a small flavour to get you used to the 7 Hills City :) (probably you've already heard that this is one of the so many names Lisbon is known by...). Rest assured that one of our priorities is to make sure our guests have no troubles whatsoever arriving to the flat, and for us it's super important to be available to welcome you during the check-in proceedings, and making sure we leave you with no questions pending to be answered (apart from giving you our top tips on places to visit, to drink & eat, or whatever else you might be interested in...). We want to make sure you have a great time at our amazing city, so we'll do our best to help you out. Nest@Lisbon – Nest with Us! Walk 3 minutes to Sophia Mello Breyner for perhaps the finest viewpoint in the whole city, best appreciated with a coffee from the cafe next to the church. Catch the historic 28 tram outside the door, which goes right to the far end of downtown. If you're coming by plane to the Lisbon Airport (relatively close to the city centre), there are pretty much 3 options: (1)Taking a taxi / Uber: A good option is taking a Uber/Cabify (cheaper than the typical taxis). Please consider that Uber/Cabify drivers usually pick customers up at the Departures area (not Arrivals) at a Parking lot called "Kiss & Fly" - takes roughly 20/25 minutes to arrive to the flat (of course, dependent on traffic). (2)Via private transfer (journey will cost 30€ – you should pay the driver in cash): This is the most comfortable option, and if you'd like, we can help out arranging a private transfer with one of our partners to take you directly from the airport to the Nest – the driver would be waiting for you at the Arrivals area with a board with your name written. Please, try let us know about 48h in advance if indeed you’d like to hire a private transfer. (3)Alternative option is to take public transports: •By Bus only (whole journey will take roughly 45/60 min): take bus "708" from stop "Praça do Aeroporto" to "Rua da Palma" (13 stops - about 20 min), and from there you can walk about 12 min (800 metres) until reaching the flat - bear in mind it's walking upwards from Rua da Palma. •By Subway/Tube & Bus (whole journey will take roughly 45/60 min): take the tube from stop "Aeroporto" to "Alameda" (Red Line only), and right outside the tube station there will be a bus stop where you can take bus "735" until stop "Sapadores" (6 stops - about 14 min), and from there you can walk about 7 min (650 metres) until reaching the flat - street level is horizontal all the way, so easier to carry your luggage. If you're traveling by car and you need a parking space, you can try parking in the streets close to the flat (it’s paid street parking), but if these are quite busy and you can’t find a parking spot, the best option is to park at the following parking lot: •"Parque de Estacionamento Emel – Damasceno Monteiro" (Street: Rua Damasceno Monteiro, 2): about 2 min walking to the flat (3€ / 4 hours). •Just in front of that parking lot, you’ve got another one which costs 20€ / 24h. Apart from some exceptional situations, we're pretty sure we'll be there face to face to welcome you get on with the check in procedures. Nonetheless, our NEST is prepared for self check-in (we've got door codes for the building and the flat) for those rare situations when we will not be able to welcome you face to face. And we're always super flexible when it comes to early check-ins or late check-outs (free of charge), as long as the NEST isn't occupied by someone else.

This fabulous apartment was renovated in 2017 and carefully decorated, making the apartment modern and comfortable for you, but keeping its traditional soul and features. This apartment consists of 2 bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed (160x 200 cm) and one bedroom with daybed which can either be used as a single bed or converted into double bed (160x 200 cm). It has 1 bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, as well as a wonderful dining room and living room. The apartment has 1 terrace, with tables and chairs where you can enjoy a wonderful meal, have a delicious breakfast or a drink. The apartment is all yours. Services included: Cotton sheets, duvets and towels. In case of a stay more than 7 days a cleaning, change of bed sheets and towels can be arranged. Additional cleaning can be arranged on request. This beautiful space located in the 4nd floor of a building, with elevator, combines a modern design with glimpses of the past. Sophisticated apartment with views of Gulbenkian's garden

Fall in love by the view of the beautiful garden of the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation on the sunny balcony of this bright apartment. With an elegant and sophisticated decoration, all the details in this space were thought to provide an unforgettable experience. Excellent WiFi quality service. Apartment in an old moth building, fully remodeled, high ceiling, stucco ceilings and hammered glass doors. It is a comfortable apartment with good areas and lots of light throughout the day, both summer and winter. This T2 accommodates up to 6 people, divided into two luxurious suites with closet and a large living room with double sofa bed and a wonderful view. It also has a social toilet (no shower) for convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a Nespresso coffee machine with a selection of coffees and teas. It is part of the utensils of the house, an iron, ironing board, a small clothesline in the back, hair dryer. Each occupant will have a set of towels of excellent quality. On the balcony, allow yourself to rest under the sun of Portugal and enjoy the vibrant Lisbon drive, accompanied by a good wine, or a comforting tea/coffee. Everything to make your stay perfect! The apartment is completely at your disposal. On the day of check-in there is always a person available who will introduce you to the apartment and give you all the necessary information for your stay. Therefore, it is important that you tell us in advance your expected arrival. Although we do not have a 24-hour service, we are always available to clarify any doubts and give advice that will improve your stay. The Avenidas Novas neighborhood is one of the noblest in the city, very central and close to several transport, commerce and restaurants. The apartment is located in front of one of the most beautiful green spaces, the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation garden. The apartment has a flat geographical location, allowing you to move on foot without major climbs, and therefore with less physical wear. On the walking routes, it is possible to enjoy the drive of Lisbon where you will find a variety of pastries with their explained in the sun and taste one of the best coffees in the world and its specialties. However, if the option is to travel by metro, 5 minutes away you will find the São Sebastião metro station, where the Blue line will take you more quickly to the typical places. In this apartment we strive for quality: - excellent quality bath towels with 600 gsm allowing greater absorption and an extra soft touch. - cotton bedding with lyoncell that translates into a satin touch and sharp shine. - the cleaning is done by a company specialized in the area. As we like to welcome our guests, we always prepare a welcome surprise for them.

Revamped Penthouse with Panoramic View Terrace

Gaze out across the city from this tastefully designed home. The residence features stark whites, light wood flooring throughout, chic furnishings, an open-plan layout living area, and stairs up to the loft bedroom. The apartment building does not have an elevator. This lovely duplex is located on the third floor of a newly renovated century-old traditional Lisbon apartment building. The bottom floor of the apartment has two bedrooms (one of which has a lovely balcony), a bathroom and open kitchen and living room. The top floor has a second bathroom, living room (that can be used as a 3rd bedroom) with sofa bed and access to the apartment's pièce de résistance, its rooftop terrace. There is air conditioning in every room so that you can enjoy your stay year-round, without fear of the weather. All throughout the apartment, there is plenty of natural light and large double-paned windows that provide picturesque views of the city below. The kitchen is equipped with brand new appliances, including stove, oven, microwave oven, dish washer, refrigerator/freezer combo, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, as well as all the pots and pans, utensils, silverware and plates for your meals. Additionally, the apartment has a washer, iron and ironing board. We provide fresh towels and bed linen, so there is no need to bring your own. In the living room area, sit back and relax on the comfortable sofa and enjoy the large-screen 42 inch LED television, with cable. Each of the bathrooms features a spacious walk-in shower with large rainfall shower head. A baby crib and highchair are available upon request. Guests have access to the entire apartment and are encouraged to use the cable TV, 100 Mbps Internet with wireless access and especially, the rooftop terrace. We hope that you fall in love with our beloved city and we're happy to answer any questions you may have in advance of your stay to help you plan your trip. A host will be present to greet you and give you a tour of the apartment when you arrive. The apartment is located in the traditional neighborhood of Arroios and just off the Arroios Market. The local bakeries, cafés, restaurants, and shops of Rua Morais Soares are all very close by, while Largo do Intendente, is a 10 minute walk away. The Arroios subway station (green line) is a short 5 minute walk from the apartment, whereas both the Alameda subway station (red line) and Anjos subway station (green line) are each a single hop away (or each a mere 750m walking distance) from the apartment. Besides the subway, there are plenty of bus stops nearby that provide transportation to various parts of Lisbon. The building does not have an elevator, so please be prepared to make the climb to the 3rd floor.

Set in the neighborhood of Rossio, the apartment is a stone’s throw away from some of Lisbon’s trendiest restaurants, boutiques, and nightlife hubs. Historic sites and museums are peppered throughout the area, including the Design and Fashion Museum. The closest metro station is "Terreiro do Paço" and is at 4 minutes walking from the apartment. If you prefer, also Uber is a very comfortable and cheap option to get the apartment from the airport!

It costs approx. 15 euros and it takes approx. 15 minutes (after you spend a while in the queue). - the metro, that you can catch at the airport station (red line). It costs approx. 2 euros per person and it takes approx. 40 minutes to get to your exit station: the 'Martim Moniz' station (green line). If you are coming by train (exiting on 'Oriente' or 'Santa Apolónia' train stations), you can catch the metro and exit at the 'Martim Moniz' station.
