A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

Modern with historic ambiance You will stay in one of our 8 exclusive, tastefully and modernly furnished apartments (32m²). Our listed house Heidelberg, built in a historic bathing style, offers fully equipped kitchens for every apartment, with a dishwasher, oven and microwave, partly an apartment's own washing machine and dryer or laundry room. Each apartment has its own parking space right next to the house and parking spaces for bicycles.

Small duplex apartment in a holiday complex with 4 houses of 6 apartments. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, microwave, single dishwasher, toaster, water and egg cooker, a Dolce Gusto coffee machine and dishes for up to 6 people. A cot and high chair is available. A washing machine and dryer is available in the basement, but these are used by all residents for a fee/coin-operated machine. A parking space is available.

To our delight, we were connected to the Baltic Sea coast bike path. Our house is very close to the city Greifswald and also the Hanse city of Stralsund is not far away We have converted an old workshop especially for you, equipped with underfloor heating, TV, Wi-Fi and high quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.
