4-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhome has plenty of room for 11 people. Living area features big windows overlooking the town and views of Baldy, as well as a gas fireplace and a large flat-screen TV. Kitchen is stocked with everything needed. Grill and a hot tub! Excellent location. Ski/walk to the Gondola and at the end of the day, Ski-in off the 4 O’clock Run. Home just two blocks off of historic Main St. Perfect for family gathering and groups. Everything you need to enjoy your vacation.

Our retreat boasts the most amazing, stunning and mesmerizing views you can imagine! On the top floor it offers privacy to the south facing deck with its roof cover and views across Lake Dillon to the 13,000 ft. Ten Mile Range. There are 5 major ski resorts within 30 minutes and all of the outdoor activities you could think of. The amphitheater, marina, shops, eateries is a short walk away. Ideal for one or two couples or close friends. This is not a party house. No smoking.

True ski in/out. Upscale modern rustic

This is where memories are made upon Skis, boards and sleds. Winter: Walk to lift in under a minute, ski back to front entrance end of day for lunch or breaks. Excellent locale - centrally located. 3 blks to Main st (10 min walk) where shops/restaurants located. Recently remodeled, brand new modern sofa sleeper, all new appliances, tile and carpet. Meticulously clean. We do not accept pets at this location.
