Cozy cottage with sea view on Nynäs before Oknö. Connect with the whole family in this peaceful home with its own plot about 100 meters to the sea close to swimming and nice hiking areas. Close to restaurants and grocery store. In case of bad weather, we have a water pallet bath house inside central Mönsterås. The cottage is well insulated so you can stay in the winter there. Newly renovated the whole house in 2024. Have two parking spaces on the property so you can bring a boat if you are going to fish in the Gulf of Mönsterås. No parties and smoking inside.

Cozy cottage right on the waterfront. With electricity but no running water. Simple kitchen with equipment for a family. Cooking is done on a bench stove or grill outside. Bedroom with 3 beds and sofa bed in the all room. Duvets and pillows are available, own bedding is included. Outhouse right next to the cabin. Boat is available to borrow. Fishing licenses are purchased at the nearest grocery store. Municipal swimming area only 200 meters from the cabin. Only 5 km to the nearest grocery store and 20 km to Vimmerby.

Beautiful property by the river and lake

Beautiful house by the Emån river in Småland. Experience this incredible area of lakes, forests and wildlife. The river passes right by the house and the lake with a small beach is only a few minutes by foot. You have the entire house and separate guesthouse to yourself and a huge garden to enjoy with your family. The main house is a fully equipped home and in the guesthouse you also have a sauna and gym. The shower and bathroom is in the main house.
