Relaxing Country Getaway- come hike or just R&R

This is an eclectic space that was a former art studio. The artist who lives just next door, keeps a private working studio in the loft. Although it is inaccessible to our guests, you will see her art on the walls and her creative side in the large lady shown in the pictures. Firepit and wood available. 5 hiking trails on 300 acres! Nov7-Dec 7th we will have hunters and trails may not be available Important: please read the house rules before booking with pets. We do also have a pet fee.

The redone dog spa is a pleasant stop for you and friends, may they be furry or not! Located on a working farm in the country, yet a couple miles from Ohio University, you will find nature walks, easy access to town and unique wineries. The Tired Beagle has ample parking and 40 acres of country side that guests can walk and enjoy the pastoral scenery.

Take a scenic drive on route 78 also known as Rim Of The World. If you want to take a nature hike there are many trails in the area including the Buckeye Trail.
