The Romance Retreat Our one bedroom, one bathroom guesthouse is on our 2.4 acre property. Our property was featured on Season 5, Episode 3 of HGTV's hit show Fixer Upper. Chip dubbed the property "Radio Ranch" due to the property having a large TV antenna at the time. Unfortunately, Chip and Jo's clients did not choose to renovate the property, but the next owners did. This is in a great family neighborhood. Driving distance to all things Waco! The home is situated on 100+ acres that features two lakes on the property and Tradinghouse Lake across the road. Within 20 minutes of the Silo District in Waco and 15 minutes to Baylor. Dan’s Place - 14 miles to Baylor & Magnolia

3 bedroom 2 bath, 1500 sq foot cottage close to Tradinghouse Lake. The cottage was built in the late 1940's and was totally renovated in 2017. It is isolated with only one neighbor across the street and is very peaceful. It has a small pond that has a fountain, and is stocked with Bass, Crappie, Bluegill and catfish. Fishing poles and baits are provided. Small gatherings/parties are permitted. I have had several small weddings in the past.
