Penthouse w/A/C for rent

6-7 minutes walk to İpekkum beach. The beach is the best sand beach in the area for a family with children. It's quite shallow. The children's park is right in front of our house and there is a green area. Kusadasi, Selcuk and Seferihisar are 30km from our house, and the minibuses to this route are within walking distance of the house. We are 30km away from Adnan menderes airport. The eshot bus number 776 passes by walking distance to the house. 7 km from Özdere Aviators camp. 5 min to the forest camp. TEL: 0554 685 74 66.

The cottage is certified by the Ministry of Tourism. The house is located in a settlement and is directly connected to a seafront promenade. From there, the nearest village Ürkmez can be reached on foot in 15 minutes (bakery, supermarkets, weekly market, pharmacy, doctors, restaurants, etc...). The big city of Izmir (40 kms) can be reached by bus/dolmus (minibus) ,or by taxi . In front of the house is 50 meters away from the sandy beach. In the house is drinking water refrigerator.(Sebil) and 3 air conditioner .

A pleasant holiday in Gümüldür

Our house is 300 m from İpekkum beach. ( Our house is 5 min by foot to İpekum beach which is famous with silky-sand.) It is 30 minutes to Seferhisar-Küradası and Selçuk Ephesus. (Just 30 min away by bus to Ephesus, Seferhisar&Kushadasi.) With bus 776, you can reach it in 45 minutes from Cumaovası. You can reach to Gümüldür with bus 776 from Cumaovası station wich is just 1 stop away to Adanan Menderes airport The house has a washing machine and dishwasher, fridge, hot water, TV.
