Eagle Point Landing—Rustic Yet Hi-Tech Single-Story Cabin

Extraordinarily clean! No detail spared...Compete w/foosball, ping pong, and 60 arcade classics in this family-friendly home. Numerous hi-tech features include 4K Smart TVs, Alexa Dot, and Apple Watch charging docks, with vaulted ceilings and a fireplace adding a traditional welcome. Curl up on the comfy couch with heavy faux fur throws and a glass of wine. Turn on the fire place and catch up on some Netflix. No matter how long you visit Eagle Point Landing it’s never long enough. Entire house with the exception of pantry/utility closet(locked) and a couple drawers/cabinets. We're accessible via text, email & Airbnb messaging. We like to check in on our guest and ask that you have the Airbnb app installed on your smartphone for ease of communication. From this location in the coveted Eagle Point neighborhood, stroll only a block to reach the lake and park, with the slopes and the village also within walking distance. Visit the Big 5 Sporting Goods store on Big Bear Boulevard just across the way. Across the way from the Big5 sporting goods store on Big Bear Blvd. 5 min walk to lake. 15 min walk to village and slopes. Standard check-in is 2pm. On occasion check-in will be 3pm if there is a guest departure the same day. *Minimum age for booking 21 Eagle Point Landing is a registered private home rental, inspected annually, and operated under a business license issued by the City of Big Bear Lake. Street parking: NOT permitted in Big Bear. City will impose a fine. Parking only allowed in driveway and a single car permitted in garage. Maximum cars: 3 *BBQ: After use, please clean grill, turn off propane and apply cover. *Pet cleaning fees dependant on size/breed of dog, message host for more info. Upon Departure: *Turn off all lights interior/exterior *Close all windows and exterior doors *Wash dishes, the dishwasher is available for your use and does not have to be emptied. *Strip the sheets, pillow cases and place any used towels in the laundry room. *Trash must be removed and taken to Big Bear Trash. ($25 per bag left behind) *Please note, house is equipped with external security cameras & “Ring” camera doorbell. External cameras & “Ring” camera doorbell are used for security purposes and are constantly recording all exterior movement. By accepting house rules you are consenting to being recorded. *Please message us for pet cleaning fee. Feel free to reach out to host should you have any questions. From this location in the coveted Eagle Point neighborhood, walk or ride only a block to reach the lake and park, with the slopes and the village just a mile away.

Located right between beautiful Lake Arrowhead and Big Bear Ca. 2 story 2 bedroom cabin with Portable AC unit, fireplace, deck and grill, easy flat street and parking, close to ski resorts, Snow Valley, Summit Mountain, Bear Mountain and Sky Park. Wifi, local neighborhood hiking. ( new walls and windows!) We are also dog friendly! Kitchen has large oven two sinks. Seating for 12 at dining room. Due to low lake level, water is 200 yds away. Lakefront only at full capacity. Max 10 adults/14 total including children. Abuts park with zipline and baseball fields and dog area right in back to the left. Lake is to the right.

SKI/IN-SKI/OUT: Large & Spacious + GAME ROOM + Spa

So LARGE & SPACIOUS! BEST location in Big Bear! SKI/IN-SKI/OUT thru Backyard. Shuttle to Snow Summit & Bear Mountain is just out the backdoor. Morning walks to Starbucks are a tradition, and 1/2 block walk to Walgreen's for "whatever?" is always fun! Kids safely scooter and ride bikes around flat residential neighborhood, restaurants are only a 2 min walk. The village for movies/shops/restaurants is within a mile. The lake, hiking/biking trails all within a few blocks. BEST LOCATION!

Large fully fenced yard (zip line & swing!) on a quiet cul-de-sac street in lower Moonridge. You won’t be on top of neighbors here, there is plenty of room separating it from neighbors. The location offers easy access all year and is in walking distance to hiking trails, ski shuttle, the local coffee shop, zoo and golf course.
