Enjoy your stay in this sunny and calm apartment in the heart of Friedrichshain! The apartment has two rooms, a big kitchen and a small bathroom, as well as a hallway, of course. The kitchen has everything you need, including a big table, that seats 4 people. The living room has a height-adjustable desk for all your "home" office duties. I usually live here with my dog Millie, so even if I clean it as best as possible the apartment is not suitable for allergy sufferers.

The independent 2-room non-smoking apartment(55m2) on the upper floor of our detached house with kitchen and bathroom is fully furnished. It can accommodate up to 3 people, a box spring bed (1.80 x2m), towels and bed linen are incl. For shopping, REWE, Netto, LIDL are in the immediate vicinity. The S-Bahn train station is a 3-minute walk. With the S-Bahn-Birkenstein, you can reach Berlin-Mitte in 30 minutes. The car can be parked for free on the property. Welcome.

Accessible apartment with terrace

Our vacation rental is accessible and is located directly at the Adlershof landscape park. A supermarket and a bakery are about 200 m away. The BAB highway can be reached in a few minutes and the airport BER is about 15 minutes away by car. Nevertheless, the apartment is quiet. It's on a play street, and a charging option for electric cars is right outside the door. In our residential area there is always one parking space. High chair and travel cot.
