Award winning floor plan with a perfect layout for entertaining guests. This warm, cozy home is centrally located in Boise, near Meridian & Eagle. Fully renovated, with comfy new mattresses and bedding. Large 55" TV in the family room and 32" TV in master are brand new Roku smart TVs. Backyard has a dining area, gas firepit, 6 person hot tub, and hammock. Close to the Village and easy access to downtown. Next door is the elementary school with a big playground. Garage not available for use, but there is plenty of parking on the driveway and gravel pad.

Recently renovated 3-bedroom in a great bench location, minutes to everything Boise. Hardwood floors, butcher block countertops, and stainless- steel appliances. Large, private fenced back yard with patio and grill. This is a duplex on a corner lot. Entry to the other side of the duplex is around the corner on a different street. There in only one common wall which is located in the second bedroom. Both units have their own do yard and driveway. No facilities/amenities are shared.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. 2 bedrooms (1 king and 2 twins) 1 bath. River access with dock just a short walk away. Popular area for fishing, hunting, wine tasting, off road trails. Full kitchen and full bath with bathtub. We do allow pets but there is a $40 per pet fee per stay for extra cleaning and very low cleaning fees compared to other listings. Add your pet where you add your guests. Thank you!!
