Chic Downtown Designer Apt ~ 750 sq ft.

Trendy restoration in this lovely, clean farm style Victorian. Contemporary luxury at its best. Foyer, One bedroom, Large living room, dining room, Very Contemporary new bathroom with Waterfall Shower and Deep Soaking Tub. There is NO Kitchen, however we do have a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker with coffee pods. No off street parking. 2 minute walk to downtown boutiques and restaurants, live entertainment. This is the front half of my home, we do share a wall, but separate units.

ON THE TRUCKEE RIVER right in the historic downtown area, our little place is a 2 block walk to restaurants AND shopping. You’ll love our place because you can sit inside or in bed and watch the river flow by. It's a peaceful place, new and modern, private and the middle of it all. It's not just a place to stay, it's a destination. QUIET people only please. We have a firm sofa sleeper + 2 comfortable twin floor mattresses so it can sleep 4. It's a tight fit for 4 but doable if you're close.

Our apartment features a large living room, outdoor deck, separate bedroom and bathroom with shower and tub. Also there is a kitchen area with full size refrigerator and microwave ( no stove). There is an outdoor grill for guest use. Apartment is approx. 1000 sq feet. and totally private from home with a private entrance. Outdoor deck is accessed through large sliding glass doors. Apartment has central heating and air. There is a private entrance. Adults only. No children or teenagers.
