Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten in direkter Wasserlage am Kanal mit traumhaften Blick in die ostfriesische Landschaft. Das Haus wurde umfassend saniert und renoviert. Wichtig war uns dabei, den ursprünglichen Charakter beizubehalten und diesen mit heutigem Wohnkomfort zu verbinden. Regionalität, Nachhaltigkeit und Individualität waren unser Kompass. Am Rande des historischen Dorfkerns in ruhiger Lage, nur einen Katzensprung zum Deich, zum Hafen und zur Fähre nach Ditzum.

It offers a green garden with a view of the countryside and fields, so you can enjoy a cup of coffee on the terrace in peace and quiet. The cottage is completely gutted and refurbished and renovated to the latest standard. A light-filled living/dining area with a kitchen, a bedroom, a children's room and bathroom awaits you.
