Convenient Stylish Oasis

From here you can reach Munich's city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as the Oktoberfest easily by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 min. The Allianz Arena is just as easy to get to by public transport. For further excursions we recommend the largest spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park as well as exploring many swimming lakes. Cozy apartment on the fantastically beautiful Ammersee for 4 people! Our house is located in a quiet location on a 2,000 square meter ingrown property. The apartment is bright and cozy with views of the countryside. In about 7 minutes walk you can reach the train station, a small supermarket with bakery, steam pier and our beach with pavilion (food & drink) on the Ammersee. Hiking & bike paths start directly at your doorstep. 2 restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity.

Vacation home in quiet location

The apartment is on the first floor of the family house. Next to it is our riding stable and nature (meadows, forest and the lake). The sofa can be folded out to a sofa bed where 2 children or one adult can sleep. If necessary, a large, cozy folding mattress (1.20 m wide, 15 cm thick) can be added. It is 3 km to the train station in Tutzing. By train you can get to Munich in 30 minutes and the mountains in the other direction. It is about 10 minutes to walk to the lake.

Our historic house is located close to a creek and is the perfect place for a break on the beautiful Ammersee. As a young family, we know what it means to go on vacation with small children and lots of luggage. That's why we want to make your stay as pleasant as possible. From our own parking lot, ground-level entrance, crib and baby chair to a stationary changing table, we have placed great importance on things that are also important to us on our own trips.

We rent our beautiful DESIGN HOUSE in Dießen am Ammersee. The house, which was extensively renovated in 2016 and very lovingly furnished with many original design classics (e.g. Vitra, Knoll, Moormann, Artemide, Fermob, etc.) and the beautiful garden is at your disposal. Set in a lakeside rural location, sunny in a large idyllic garden with old trees bordering a pasture with creek and chapel in the south. Hiking trails are right outside the door.
