Whether large or small, young or old - our holiday home over 2 floors with balcony, terrace, large garden, barbecue area and pool can accommodate 8 people, maximum 10 people with pull-out sofa bed. The 1st floor includes a living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower/WC, 1 bedroom with a height-adjustable bed for the older generation. On the 2nd floor there are 3 bedrooms (1st bedroom double bed + single bed, 2nd bedroom double bed with sofa bed, 3rd bedroom 2 single beds) and 1 large bathroom with toilet, shower, bathtub.

Everything is newly built and designed. If you want to enjoy peaceful and relaxing days with family, families or a group, you're in the right place.

The Two Bedroom apartment has a total size of 59m² and includes 2 bathrooms (shower/bathtub with professional hair dryer and cosmetic), a living room with sofa bed and TV, a Double Bedroom with TV and a Single Bedroom. It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

In our house you will find pure luxury: pool, sauna, fitness equipment, a large kitchen for professional cooking, all in a modern ambiance. ATTENTION: No rental for parties !!!

Modern cottage with large terrace and garden on the back of our property, north/east. Outskirts of Berlin. One Bedroom 2 beds , living room 2 comfortable upholstered loungers, open kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, all with underfloor heating. Not suitable for parties. Large pool, not heated, open from mid-May to September. Charcoal grill available. S-Bahn S7 and bus are a 10-minute walk and both take you to the city in 35 minutes.

This unique home has a style of its own. Pretty remise with own garden and access to communal pool. The guest house is suitable for 2, but at most 3 people. It is made of an open plan living-dining area with fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with direct access to the private garden with a small terrace. From here it is also directly to the communal poll area. The bathroom is modern tiled and has a floor-level shower.
