On the ground floor entrance, living room and kitchen. In basement bathroom and reviewed room. There is a terrace and garden . 400 meters to water and beach .150 meters to swimming pool. Good hiking trails. Strib is 5 km from Middelfart which you can get to along the water much of the way

In a charming 1950s villa, I rent out the 1st floor as a self-contained apartment with two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and private bathroom. The neighborhood is quiet and family-friendly with 10 min walk to the nearest shopping and light rail , which in no time will take you to both Odense city center or University of Southern Denmark. Cozy apartment with private south-facing terrace

The guest apartment is located in one part of my house, which is located in quiet surroundings close to the city center. There is a separate entrance with a key box and exit to a south-facing terrace. I have chickens in the garden and will supply the apartment's fridge with eggs when there are any eggs. There is free coffee and tea, but you must bring your own milk and breakfast. I also live in the house, which is old and we all have to show consideration for each other of course.

Here you get a slice of the chambered "old" Juelsminde . The house was built in 1929. In the facade shop, I run a small cozy hairdresser salon, and in the “house” garage our adult daughter runs a flower shop, 🌺while the new refurbished back house + the first floor houses the 74m 'large holiday home. In the flowery garden there are two terraces, so both morning coffee and evening barbecue can be enjoyed in sunshine.
