Family Dream Home 10 min. from Salt Lake City

Come stay in our family friendly, roomy, extremely entertaining 2 bedroom, 2 level basement apartment! Our play room, slide, swings, and back yard are exactly what your family needs. We have 2 parks and a bike trail right out the door to your space. It is the perfect place for rest or play. Whichever your vacation calls for (probably both at times)! We do live upstairs and you may hear some walking, but we keep our kids as quiet as possible. We do not allow smoking or parties on the property.

The Retreat, close to everything.

Our family calls it "The Retreat" it is an easy 20 minute drive from the airport and about 10 mins to area resorts. There are several more ski resorts in the area, with a short drive. The Retreat is very well maintained and kept updated, with the highest quality and livability in mind. Kitchen equipment, appliances, and wares are some of the best available. Mattresses, bedding, towels, and supplies are of quality. This is not a budget Inn it is "The Retreat", enjoy it as we do and come back.

Hot tub hammock and fire pit overlooking Antelope Island and the Salt Lake Valley. Great sunsets. Fenced yard. Dogs live upstairs. No pets without prior approval. Extra fee of $10 for guests 5-8. Quiet hours 11PM-7 AM. Hot tub is closed during quiet hours. If you are locals and looking to be loud and party please do not book at this location. EV charger.
