It is suitable for "adults" who want to relax or workcation for a week or more in a quiet place. It is also close to Seoul, so you can commute to Seoul, but it is very inconvenient if you don't have a car. It is an eco-friendly place, so it is not easy to dispose of garbage or move your luggage to the accommodation, so please bring your luggage as lightly as possible.
