2024 Beautifully Remodeled Unit! Located 1 block from Naples Pier( to be rebuilt)and 3rd Ave Famous Dining and Shopping. Private entrance to unit with designated parking. The pool is outside your door for easy access. The unit provides a master suite with a king mattress and the extra room has 2 twins that can convert into a king. Please request upon booking. A laundry facility is located on the premises. Kitchenette provides cooktop and microwave/convection oven & a small refridgerator.

This 2,000-square foot stunner has a saltwater pool, hot tub, two-car garage, three bedrooms and four bathrooms. There are bikes and beach accessories on site to take to the beach. Guest who is booking the reservation must be 26 years or older. There is a fee of $100/night per person for any guest over 7 in total up to a maximum of 9 guests.
