There are two cozy bedrooms, one with a comfortable double bed and the other with two single beds. Want extra sleeping space? No problem – the living room has an extra bed. Great panoramic view over Lerum city and lake of Aspen. The apartment is 30 sqm located in the basement of a house with its own private Sauna and a lovely Bathtub in the middle of living room. Private entrance, well secluded from the rest of the house and with full privacy. Private kitchen and bathroom. All areas in the apartment has seaview and there is a roofed terrace outside.
