Large property, almost 5000 sqm, with lots of trees, plants and even a small creek on a side of the property, while another side is on a well marked forest trail. We gave special thought to ensuring your privacy and we have practically no neighbours, although still in a small village, close to the Harz National Park The cabin-house is made of wood, for a true nature feeling. We have all the modern amenities though and we even produce most of the used electricity through solar panels, on site.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in zentraler und dennoch ruhiger Lage des Kurortes Braunlage. Nur 3 Autominuten (15 Gehminuten) von der Wurmbergbahn und 8 Gehminuten vom „Ski- und Rodellift Rathauswiese“ entfernt. Das Apartment zeichnet sich besonders durch die Einrichtung im gemütlichen Öko-Stil aus.

The farmhouse is beautifully situated in the nature park Münden between Harz and Weserbergland. The university town of Göttingen (9 km) with its historic city center and diverse offers for leisure and culture is within easy reach. On the farm, there is a diverse small animal husbandry and organic vegetable cultivation with permaculture. The surrounding area with an imposing view over the Leinetal to the Brocken (Harz) is ideal for hiking and biking.

Time out on the Bodeufer (nature/sports/climbing)

Directly on the Harzer-Hexen staircase and located on a nature reserve, directly surrounded by river, rocks and a historic water power plant, you will find a unique accommodation on a spacious area. Relax and enjoy the tranquility of nature. For more active days, you have your own universal sports field at your disposal, as well as a summer tent from April to October or you use other offers of the accommodation.
