Holiday home with terrace (hutzenAlm)

The upper floor includes two state-of-the-art, cozily furnished apartments with two separate bedrooms each, bathroom with shower (underfloor heating) as well as a spacious living room/ kitchen-living room On the ground floor is our cozy high chair. There's our gem: a red tile stove that invites you to cook together. A fully equipped country house kitchen with large fridge, dishwasher, separate oven and induction hob can also get enough of a large group of family or friends. A massive wooden table with corner bench and a cozy canapé invite you to game evenings and cozy get-together. A large TV and good Wi-Fi are also part of the emergency equipment. Also on the ground floor is our wellness area with sauna and Zuber. In our spacious garden sauna you can sweat, relax, chill, breathe and look directly into nature through the spacious windows. At the same time, you can enjoy the crackle of the fireplace in the lounge corner or in the hanging chair. To cool off, you can use the cool, original Gimmlitz fountain water on the adjacent terrace, swim extensively in the snow in the winter or use the modern shower on site in the classic. In our wood-fired bath tub, you can bathe in the middle of the forest in summer and winter and relax in the open air. Of course not without having heated up properly beforehand, without diligence no price then bathing is twice as fun

Small cozy mountain hut, away from the hustle and bustle, secluded location (about 100 m to the nearest house) in a small forest plot. Fire / barbecue area as well as public playground and outdoor swimming pool in the immediate vicinity. In winter (with snow) ski and toboggan slope directly at the house (private - without elevator) There is a large bed (3 mattresses) and a pull-out sofa bed. No wifi, bad cell phone connection. Car available via meadow path in summer. In winter approx. 100 m walk. Basic heating elect.

Our chalet is the perfect place to spend an active vacation, but also for relaxing and family trips. In summer, you can go biking, hiking, berries, or hiking in the surrounding natural attractions. In case of bad snow conditions on the local lift, there is an artificially snowed ski resort called Bublava – Stříbrná. It's quiet, cool, and relaxed.

This lovingly furnished cottage was newly built in 2023 and impresses with its single location and its unobstructed views of a plateau right on the edge of the forest. It is an ideal starting point for hiking/ biking in the Thuringian Forest and is ideally suited for couples, friends and families. The spacious property has enough space.
