Relax with the whole family at this peaceful corner lot cottage on a canal off of the Weeki Wachee river with two sides of water only a short paddle to crystal clear water just North of hospital hole . And I’m super excited to let everyone know the seawall has just been completed looks amazing definitely has transformed our property. The next phase will be a dock so as of now no dock so if you like to bring a boat only people with power poles will be able to do so . No where to tie off yet .

"Ruf'n It" On The River w/kayaks

"Ruf'n IT" is a 2/1 Waterfront home w/ TV/WiFi just off the main river w/ 7 single kayaks and a youth paddle board. There is dock space for your boat, canoe, or kayaks w/ space to park your trailer. The living space provides 1250 squ ft w/dining area. Enjoy the peace and quiet on the screened lanai and a spiral staircase up to the loft w/TV and kid space. Hudson is the best kept secret in Florida. This 2/2 is located just 200 yards from the Gulf of Mexico in the beautiful Sea Pines development. This home is nestled next to thousands of acres of wildlife bird sanctuary. There are kayak trails to follow for hours. Redfish, Sea trout and Mangrove snapper are abundant. This beautifully decorated home is well stocked with anything you may need. There are 2 Kayaks, one two person and one single, 2 adult bikes, and fishing equipment.

Weeki Wachee gardens, on canal next to state park

A short Kayak ride puts you right on the river, down a peace canal in Weeki Wachee gardens. This beautifully redone home features a double lot so tons of outdoor space with RV hooks up on site along with 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths and 2 1/2 baths. Kitchen was updated with snack bar, stainless steel appliances and well stocked check out our other homes for great reviews. 4 double kayaks on site. We are back better than ever after hurricane Helene.
