We renovated this beautiful 1920's home and part of the renovation was the apartments. It's a welcoming bohemian apartment, that is nestled in the middle of downtown. Here you can have everything at your doorstep and "almost heaven" views. We fell in love with this property because it is canopied beneath big old shade trees and sits on "one of the prettiest streets in Parkersburg".

Triple Nickel Getaway is a country setting approximately halfway between Athens and Marietta along beautiful state route 555 in Washington County. This is a unique and spacious studio apartment with everything you need. Large living area, full kitchen, bathroom, and washer/dryer. About 14 mins (11 mi) to Camden Clark Hospital in Parkersburg & 8.9 mi to MMH-Belpre. Just a few minutes from Washington Works Plant (Dupont). About 30 mins to Marietta. Located on quiet dead end street. The unit is located above the garage, attached to the main house where the owner and kids live. I promise that you will have a clean, nice place to stay!

Detached studio apartment located on 25 acres with access to almost 300 acres for walking and fishing(catch and release).
