This one-story house is in Pine Mountain Lake community which has 3 swimming beaches, golf course, tennis courts, swimming pool, cafe and restaurant. 2.5 hours drive from San Francisco. 30 min drive to the north gate of Yosemite park.

The entire upstairs is very roomy and peaceful. 2 bedrooms with queens, large TV room with 5th person extra-long single bed. A kitchenette and newly remodeled bathroom. BIG wraparound porch to enjoy the garden. Historic Gold Rush towns, wineries, lakes, rivers, and winter sports are nearby. Yosemite's Highway 120 entrance is just a 1 1/2 hour drive away. We have one exterior Ring camera doorbell, by the front door, which detects motion, records audio and video. This notifies hosts of packages and guests arrival. Spacious Home with Three Decks Near Yosemite

No Cleaning Fee! Egret's Landing, located on a quarter acre in the Pine Mountain Lake community near Yosemite, is a beautiful, clean, well stocked split-level home. This home suffered a house fire in November of 2018 and was fully rebuilt with new construction on the interior in December 2020. We tried to think of everything. to make your stay incredible. We installed a generator, which starts automatically and it even powers the hot tub! We can't wait to host you!
