Duplex located in a quiet and safe complex close to shops and restaurants, the water park, and the golf course. The beach is 15 min. on foot, with a beautiful walk along the sea. Opposite the complex there is a small supermarket and the Santa Rosa Sport gym is 10 minutes away. Due to the situation, the car is not essential since there is a bus stop 5 min. from the house, which will connect you with Arrecife capital but if you want to rent one there is free parking in front of the house.

Also is close to Famara beach, César Manrique Foundation, golf course and Jameos del Agua beach. You'll love my place because of the location, the views, the high ceilings, and the cozy space. My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers, business travelers, families and large groups.

My accommodation is good for people who are looking for rest and privacy. If guests want to, they don't have to have direct contact with other people. The bungalow is in the front row of the sea and has amazing views. We provide clean towels every 4 days and clean sheets every 7 days. If traveling with children, there is a sofa bed in the living room so that 2 children can sleep comfortably (supplement of 10€ per day for extra child).
