Our apartment is in a well-served area of the coast, 600 meters from the sea, along SP 17. It can accommodate 4 guests and is equipped with all amenities including: indoor parking, WiFi, washing machine, air conditioning, microwave and LCD TV. Along the coast you can reach the most beautiful beaches of southern Sardinia such as is mortorius, Geremeas, Torre delle Stelle, Solanas, Villasimius and Costa Rei. Cagliari, "la città de sole", is just a 15-minute drive or a 35-minute bus ride away. The stop is 50 meters away.

Cozy penthouse in the heart of my city

My apartment is a small and pretty penthouse on the 4th floor, located in the central district of La Marina from which you can walk to all the main places of interest in the city. From the terrace, much loved by guests, you can see the sea among the rooftops of the neighborhood. Below the house you will find bars, restaurants, theaters. In 15 min by bus you will arrive at Poetto beach, in 8 min walk to the train and bus station and if you add another 7 minutes you will be at the airport!

house immersed in nature, the Mediterranean vegetation makes the scent of lentischio, typical shrub of Sardinia, a quiet place, about 300 meters from the sea. The area is served by buses , a few kilometers away there are restaurants, market, pharmacy, pizzerias, fruits and vegetables directly from the farmer. The climate is good, almost tropical.
