Our house has 3 fully air-conditioned 4* apartments renovated in 2017, pool and a large garden area that everyone can use. It is a 7-minute walk to the sea, a 10-minute walk to the town of Ika Ika and a 15-minute walk to the city center of Lovran. Two supermarkets can be reached on foot. The nearest major city, Opatija, can be reached via Franz-Josef-Weg along the sea in 6 km or in 10 minutes by car/bus. Each apartment has a secure parking space in the yard.

My place is close to family-friendly activities, public transport, the city center (3 km) and the airport (10 km). The apartment is located just 350 m to the most beautiful beaches. Restaurants, supermarket, beach bars, leisure facilitiec, etc. are within the walking distance. Free WI-FI, TV with several international TV channels and air conditioning are provided. Pets are allowed.
