Private Cheerful Guesthouse - Room to Relax!

Our guesthouse is an ADU (accessory dwelling unit)—that is, a private, separate structure on our property with one bedroom (Q-size bed), full bathroom, full kitchen, and living/dining area. The small sofa opens to a double bed and the ottoman opens to a cot-sized bed; however, neither is comfortable for adults ;-/ There’s a small porch for sipping lemonade and plenty of parking. There’s a 50” Roku TV, WiFi, and a washer and dryer for your convenience. Everything you need for a comfortable stay.

This quiet neighborhood is easy walking distance to Bush Pasture Park, Best Little Steakhouse and mini golf, Dutch Bro’s Coffee, Whites Restaurant, a coffee shop and much more. It’s less than a mile to downtown shopping and eateries, and Riverfront Park and the connected Minto Brown Park, with a dog park and miles of walking or biking trails. Modern farm cottage located on our 2 acre lifestyle block for you to relax and enjoy our farm scenery. On the property we have chickens and ducks that roam freely. Farm stay & animals on beautiful country property

Come and stay at our working farm. You will stay in the newly remodeled apartment. You will have views of the beautiful property. There is a pond with ducks, fields with Texas Longhorn cows, fields with Scottish Highland cows and fields with Holstein cows, sheep and pigs.There are also chickens that lay eggs for a fresh breakfast. The cows love visitors and getting brushed and fed treats. There is a large man-cave with a pool table, X-Box and bar. Door can be rolled up for outside fun.
